RESTAURANT HOTEL SOMMELIER SERVICE

Throughout my travels in Italy, I have constantly been impressed by the food served in family run Restaurants and Hotels. Sadly the overriding fact is that the wine list offerings do not equal the wonderful food on the menu. The absence of a Sommelier is often the reason for this. I am offering a wine list service on an annual basis to suggest and supply affordable exceptional wines to enhance the dining experience.
