Il Drago e la Fornace Carbonaie IGT 2015

Deep ruby red in colour. Scented florals, prune, liquorice, range of spice notes. Exotic. Could be a dessert wine. Unusual but welcoming.

Points 91 TW

Il Drago e la Fornace Oro IGT 2015

A blend of Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese. Ruby red in colour. Morello cherry aromatics, cinnamon, ginger and star anise. Light texture. Slightly exotic yet savoury. The winemaker has preserved freshness in this wine. Point 92 TW

Il Drago e la Fornace Aldobrandino IGT 2018

Cabernet Franc. Deep ruby red in colour. Racy from the start. Blackberries and black currents sit on a bed of sweet Eastern spice. Aromatics of cedar wood, dried wild mushrooms. Bold and inviting. Its purity of flavours is compelling.

Points 95 TW

Il Palagio di Panzano CC 2016

Ruby red in colour with bright undertones. Fresh warm red cherry, raspberries, faint notes of liquorice and black olive, forest floor. Shows all round balance with fine tannins and fresh acidity.

Points 92 TW
